As a physical therapist, I truly understand how individual training needs to be, because everybody is different and every body is different. We all come into training with different running histories, injury histories, and goals, and a great program accounts for all of it.
With 1-on-1 coaching, your weekly schedule is built around your exact needs and updated as you progress. I write in 4-week blocks so we can assess how you're responding and adjust before the next phase — keeping your training sharp, safe, and specific to you.
The fee is $100 every 4 weeks for the duration of the program. If the program length is not in 4-week increments, it will be pro-rated.
This service includes a custom strength plan, guidance on fueling during training and leading up to the race as well as race day strategy.
